How to rent: The following pieces are available to rent on a first come first serve basis. To place an order, please complete the inquiry form under "inquiries" with your desired piece(s). **Inquiries do NOT guarantee availability. 

 RENTAL RULES :We are thrilled you have chosen to use WTWK for your rentals! Please read the following information:

  • Each rental will require a Rental Fee (as listed below). Each rental will also require a 25% of Rental Fee Security Deposit at the time of booking. This will guarantee your rental(s).
  • A Personalization Fee is required for Seating Charts. (Pricing begins at $30.00). 
  • Rentals must be returned within 48 hours and must have no damage. Once the rentals are received within 48 hours and no damage, your security deposit will be refunded. 
  • Larger items will only be available for delivery; therefore, a $40.00 Delivery Fee will be added to your total. **Please note, deliveries are only made between 5:30pm-7:30pm during weekdays and 7:00am-10:00am on weekends. 
  • Rush orders of 7 days or less will require a $40.00 Rush Fee. 
  • Final payments (such as any Personalization Fees, Rush Fees, and/or Delivery Fees) must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before event date. 

Rentals are available for Nashville, Tennessee and surrounding area customers only. Due to the fragile nature of each product, the following items are not available for shipping. Thank you.
